Fix Sprint · from $3,000 · 1–2 weeks
Fix your vibe‑coded app without starting over.
A Fix Sprint is where we fix what your audit found (leaked keys, open database rules, broken logins, payment holes) in the app you already have. It's for founders who built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, v0, Base44 or Claude Code. From $3,000 with a fixed estimate, done in 1–2 weeks, and every fix is re-checked.
Fixed estimate before we start · Your code stays yours · No rewrite unless you want one
Sound familiar?
“I'm scared to change anything. Last time it broke.”
What's usually behind it
Every AI fix can quietly change other parts of the app. You need a map of what's fragile and a way to check each fix.
“I asked the AI to fix one thing. Now two other things are broken.”
What's usually behind it
A vague prompt leaves the AI room to guess. A narrow instruction, one fix at a time, gives it less room to break things.
“The audit found problems. I don't know where to start.”
What's usually behind it
Start with what could hurt your users or your money today. The fix order follows the severity levels in your report.
“A developer told me to rewrite the whole thing.”
What's usually behind it
A rewrite is one option, not the default. Many problems sit in a few places: a database rule, a missing check on the server, a key in the wrong file.
“A user saw someone else's data. I don't know how to close it.”
What's usually behind it
The screen hides it, but the database hands it to anyone who asks. The fix lives in the database rules and on the server, not on the screen.
“I want off Lovable Cloud, but I'm scared of losing data.”
What's usually behind it
A move can be planned and rehearsed on a test copy first. See “Moving off Lovable Cloud” below.
What we fix, zone by zone
A Fix Sprint works through your audit report, most serious first. These are the kinds of fixes it covers, grouped by the five ways AI-built apps fail.
Leaks
“my keys or my users' data are visible”
Break-ins
“someone can see or change other people's stuff”
- E05Add checks on the server so each user only ever gets their own data.
- E06Protect admin pages on the server, not just by hiding the buttons.
- E07Slow down password guessing, turn on email verification and make password reset safe.
- E08Close link tricks (CSRF and SSRF: when a link or a pasted URL makes your app do something nobody meant it to).
Money
“people get Pro for free”
- E09Verify every Stripe payment message on the server, so nobody gets Pro without paying.
- E10Check prices, quantities and totals on the server, not in the browser.
- E11Add basic limits to your AI features. Deeper AI-bill work is the Speed & AI-Cost Sprint.
Speed
“it stopped working on launch day”
Safety net
“I find out it's broken from customers”
- E18Set up backups and test that they really restore.
- E19Keep test and live apart, so your AI tool can't touch real data.
- E20Add alerts for failed sign-ups, failed payments and errors.
- E21Update risky or unknown packages the AI added.
- E22Untangle the worst duplicated code, so one change happens in one place.
- E23Add basic browser protections (security headers).
- E24Privacy basics: account deletion and data export for your users. (not legal advice)
Moving off Lovable Cloud to your own Supabase
Yes, we can move your app's backend (database, user accounts, files and server functions) from Lovable Cloud to a Supabase project in your own account. We do it as part of a Fix Sprint, rehearse it on a test copy first, and leave the old setup untouched until you're sure.
Why founders move
- You want your database, logins and files in an account you control and pay for directly.
- You want to keep building in Cursor or Claude Code, or hire any developer to work on it.
- You want to pick your own plan, backups and settings.
What we move
- Your database tables, with their rules and functions.
- Your user accounts.
- Stored files, like uploads and images.
- Server functions and scheduled jobs.
- The connections around them: Stripe payment messages, sign-up emails and your app's keys. You create the new keys in your own accounts; we never need them in chat.
What can change for your users
- They may need to sign in again. Depending on what the export includes, some may also need to reset their password. We check this on the test copy and tell you before anything goes live.
- Links to stored files change. We update them in the app.
- We switch at your quietest hour and keep a way back until you confirm everything works.
Backups: moving isn't automatically better
As of September 2026, Lovable Cloud keeps daily snapshots for about 14 days, and stored files aren't included (Lovable docs (opens in a new tab)). On your own Supabase project, backups depend on the plan: none on Free, 7 days on Pro, 14 days on Team, and stored files are never included (Supabase docs (opens in a new tab)). We'll tell you which plan and which extra copy you need.
When staying is the better call
If Lovable Cloud does what you need, staying is fine. Moving adds a Supabase bill (the paid plan starts at $25 a month, per Supabase pricing (opens in a new tab) as of September 2026) and one more account to look after. We earn no platform commission. Stay, harden or leave: we'll tell you what's best.
Your data during the move
A move is the one job where your users' data has to travel. You stay in control: you run the export and import yourself with our step-by-step guide, or we do it with time-limited access you create and can revoke, under a signed data processing agreement (DPA). We keep no copy.
Also moving hosting?
If you want to host the app yourself too (for example on Vercel or Netlify), we can move that in the same sprint.
What you get
The fixes, in your own code. Changes go into your own project, so you keep building where you build today.
A re-check of every fix, using the same test that found the problem.
A before/after report: each finding, what we changed and how we checked it. Every report is read and signed by Denys.
Notes for your AI tool: short project rules to paste into Lovable, Cursor or Claude Code, so it doesn't quietly undo the fixes.
A 2-minute check for each fix, so you can re-test after big changes.
A list of what's left, with its severity, so you know what can wait.
How a Fix Sprint works
- 1
Start with an audit.
The Vibe Code Audit tells us exactly what needs fixing. That's what lets us give you a fixed price.
- 2
Get a fixed estimate.
We list the fixes in order, most serious first. You see the plan and the price before we touch anything.
- 3
We fix and re-check.
In 1–2 weeks the fixes are in your code and re-tested, and you get the before/after report.
Your audit fee counts toward a Fix Sprint or Speed & AI-Cost Sprint booked within 30 days.
Price
Fix Sprint
from $3,000
fixed estimate
1–2 weeks
The final price depends on what your audit found. You get it in writing before we start, and it doesn't change unless you add work. If we find something new mid-sprint, we tell you and quote it separately. Nothing is added without your OK.
Paid by Stripe invoice once you approve the fixed estimate.

Questions about fixing your app
How much does it cost to fix a vibe-coded app?
With us, a Fix Sprint starts at $3,000, with a fixed estimate before any work starts. The final price depends on what your audit found: a leaked key is a smaller job than a tangled payment flow. Your audit fee counts toward the sprint if you book it within 30 days.
Will you rewrite my app?
No, unless you want us to. Usually the fixes are targeted: a database rule, a check on the server, a key moved out of the browser. If part of your app really needs rebuilding, we say so in the estimate, explain why, and you decide.
Can I keep building in Lovable, Bolt or Cursor after the fix?
Yes. The fixes go into your own code, so you keep building where you build today. You also get short notes for your AI tool, so it doesn't undo the fixes, and a 2-minute check for each one.
Can you move my app off Lovable Cloud?
Yes. As part of a Fix Sprint, we move your database, user accounts and files to a Supabase project in your own account. We rehearse on a test copy first and keep the old setup until you're sure. Read how the move works.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything we write goes into your project and is yours.
Do I need an audit first?
Yes. The audit shows exactly what needs fixing, and that's what lets us give you a fixed price instead of an hourly guess. Your audit fee counts toward the sprint if you book it within 30 days.
What if my AI tool breaks it again later?
It can happen: AI tools can change code they didn't write. That's why each fix comes with a 2-minute check you can repeat after big changes. If you'd like someone to review changes before they go live, that's On-call CTO.
Will you see my customers' data?
No. We work from your code, your database structure and test accounts we create. We don't ask for database passwords or your customers' data. If a check shows real customer data, we stop at the first proof and copy nothing. Moving off Lovable Cloud is the one exception, because the data itself moves; you stay in control of how.
